Butterfly theme for your wedding

In order to create a theme for your wedding or other celebration you will need to choose the colour scheme. It then helps to decide what parts of your table decorations can be included in your plan.

In this example we have chosen pink and to complement the ribbons we selected pretty fabric butterflies of the same colour.

The wedding favour containing two Belgian chocolates has been tied with a pink organza ribbon and decorated with one of the butterflies. To continue the theme we have tied the napkin with the same ribbon and added a butterfly to that. Finally we printed the menu card/place setting in the same colour and added butterflies to that.

The overall scheme presented a very pretty, but simple, concept that would make any wedding table look fantastic.

As at June 2010 the only additional cost for this service is £25.00 for the printing plate and an extra 10p for each box we print.

How to decorate your perfect wedding or dinner party table in burgundy.

Chocolates for Chocoholics can help you choose the ideal favours for your wedding or other celebration. Highlighted below are some of the different kinds of favours available, and the variety of chocolate you will get in each one. All products are produced to order and many of them can be customised with personalised ribbon or gold foil printing. In order that your chocolates are consumed in perfect condition we recommend you order your favours no longer that two to three months ahead of the event date. It normally takes us about two weeks from the placing of the order to its despatch although in emergencies this can be done more quickly. Personalisation by printing in hot foil takes an additional two weeks.

Starting at the back, we have a Ballotin containing six chocolates. Ballotin is a French word for a small, elegant box for chocolates where the design allows the chocolates to be packed so that the contents are prevented from damaging each other. It is decorated in a simple, but elegant, fashion with a sheer ribbon and diamante studded flower. This box can also be personalised by printing in hot foil on the side and this turns a very pretty box into something really special.

Moving clockwise round the table we have a tuxedo box in either white or cream and decorated with a burgundy tie. It normally contains three plain chocolate mints although for special orders we can supply alternative chocolate discs.

It makes an ideal companion to any of our ladies favours or table gifts. We are happy to recommend it for weddings, ladies nights, conferences or dinner parties.

The next box in the collection is the burgundy pillow. This table gift is aimed at the ladies market and contains two milk chocolate hearts in burgundy foil. It is decorated with a sheer ribbon and a fabric 'butterfly'. Its 'value for money' price means you can decorate your entire table at a very reasonable price.

A novel twist on the idea of a man's favour, or table gift, is our 'leatherette look' burgundy chest. It is decorated on the front with a gold tassle and when you open it you will find four plain chocolate mint crisps. It is just the right size for keeping your cufflinks in! Next to the chest is a purse box that is simply decorated with a burgundy bow. It contains three milk chocolate hearts in burgundy foil. The back of the box has space for you to write the guest's name so this could double up as a place setting.

We can supply this bag in a variety of other colours and we can supply samples of the bag if required.
